The team need your help to raise the funds for these two amazing summer projects!
Funzo
The costs that will be involved in the Funzo Project 2010 are:
The cost of the health education sessions
The continuing salaries for the doctor and nurse
Replenishing the drugs that the clinic needs
Additional equipment for the clinic
Project administration
The team's accommodation and travel expenses
The target for the Funzo Project is £2,500.
Katoto
The costs that will be involved in The Katoto Creche Initiative are:
The research in local orphanages and communities
The construction or conversion of the building to be used
The cost of local craftsmen
The toys and equipment the kids will need
The set up of lunch making facilities
The appointment and training of staff for the crèche
Staff salaries for a year
The team's accomodation and travel expenses
Any unforeseen costs
The target for the Katoto Creche is £4,500
The total target for the two projects is therefore £7,000
Both of these projects have small teams with big ambitions. Each and every penny you donate or raise will be very gratefully recieved and together we can make a massive difference to the people of Bahati!
